We’re excited to welcome new families to experience what Royal is all about! During Bring a Friend Week, current athletes can invite a friend to join them in class for a fun, high-energy introduction to gymnastics or ninja.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
How It Works (for royal members)
Each Royal athlete may invite one friend
Friends will participate in a regularly scheduled class
This is a great opportunity to try our program in a real class setting
How to Invite a Friend (Step-by-Step)
1. Choose a friend your child would like to invite
2. Send your friend’s parent the Bring a Friend registration form or webpage
3. The friend’s parent must complete the registration form. Provide them with the following information:
Your child's first and last name
The day your child attends class (example: Monday)
The time your child attends class (example: 4:30pm)
The class name (example: Level 1 Beginner)
4. Bring your friend to your gymnastics or ninja class!

All friends/participants must register in advance.
To ensure a safe and positive experience for all participants, athletes who require 1:1 coaching support are not eligible for this event.

Classes are limited and may close once full.
Important Reminders
A waiver must be completed prior to participation
Please arrive 5 minutes early
Wear athletic clothing (No socks or shoes during class. No jeans or pants/shorts with buttons and zippers. No jewelry(except for stud earrings). Long hair needs to be secured back and out of their face during class. Do not wear large bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. Do not wear tutus or skirts.

What is Bring a Friend Week?
Bring a Friend Week is a special event where your child can try a class at Royal by attending with a current Royal athlete.
Does my child need experience in gymnastics or ninja?
No experience is needed. This is a beginner-friendly opportunity to try a class in a fun and supportive environment.
How do I sign my child up?
You must complete the online registration form prior to attending. Space is limited and registration is required.
Do I need to fill out a waiver?
Yes. A completed waiver is required prior to participation (the waiver is on the registration form)
What should my child wear?
Athletic clothing with no jewelry, zippers, or restrictive items. Hair must be tied back.
What time should we arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in.
Can I stay and watch the class?
Yes. Parents are welcome to stay and observe from the viewing area.
Will my child be in the same class as their friend?
Yes. Your child will attend a class alongside their Royal friend, participating in the same structured lesson and activities.
What if my child has never done a class like this before?
That’s perfectly fine. Our coaches are experienced in working with beginners and will help your child feel comfortable and included.
What if the class is full?
Once a class reaches capacity, registration will close. We recommend signing up early to secure a spot.
Can my child attend more than one class?
No. This event is limited to one visit per participant.
Are there any participation restrictions?

What happens after the class?
