Rec Level 2 | Ages 6 through 16 years old

This class builds on the Level 1 foundation and introduces more complex beginning level elements. The athlete will perfect their level 1 skills along with learning the next progression to master the next step in their skill work. They will also begin to learn routine construction in this level with an increase in flexibility/strength requirements.

Requirements: Completion of Level 1 and/or teacher recommendation.
