High-energy training for teens who’ve aged out of Ninja/Gymnastics but still want to build strength, skills, and agility.
What: 1-hour co-ed class combining Ninja & Gymnastics-based training
Who: Teens aged 14–17 years
When: 6-week Boot Camp
Tuesdays, 7:30–8:30 PM | June 3 – July 8Why: Perfect for athletes looking to:
Stay active
Improve agility, strength, and flexibility
Supplement current sports/fitness activities
Structure: Weekly themed sessions focusing on:
Week 1: Skill evaluations (agility, strength, flexibility), intro to core movements (cartwheels, vaults, flips)
Week 2: Cartwheel mastery + introduction to multiple types of rolls and flips
Week 3: Roll refinement + handstand progressions + upper body strength
Week 4: Skills combination, obstacle challenges, and competition elements (longest jump, fastest course time)
Skills Trained:
Gymnastics: Handstands, rolls, cartwheels, flips
Ninja: Vaults, precision jumps, palm spins, obstacle combos
Training Format Each Week:
6:30–6:45: Warm-up (Speed course, strength drills, flexibility checks)
6:45–7:30: Three rotations focusing on skill development, strength, and combinations
