Presale tickets are SOLD out. We will have a limited amount of tickets at the door.
Raffle tickets available for purchase. Prizes include Royal apparel, 1 month of tuition(no cash value), leotards and more!
Custom Royal Meet shirts can be preordered for $25. The back print will have all the gymnasts names. Limited supply will be available. See below for picture.
Concessions will be sold (Hot Dogs, Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Nachos, Drinks and various snacks). Cash or Credit Card ($5 minimum on credit card). Snack cards CANNOT be used for meet concessions.

Doors open at 10:45am, you must have a ticket to enter(children under 2 are free).
Additional tickets at the door will be $10 if available.
Lost or stolen tickets are non-refundable
Open seating-first come, first serve.
NO flash photography
Pick up after the show:
o Athletes ages 4.5-7, please pick up your child from Ninja Zone
o 8 & up will be released to walk to their parents.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: When and where is the Royal invitational meet?
A: The Royal Invitational Meet is scheduled for Sunday, August 17th from 11:00am to 2:00pm. The meet will be located at Royal Gymnastics, 2151 N. Tracy Blvd, Tracy, CA 95376
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: Gymnast need to arrive by 10:15am. Gymnasts will be checked in by Royal Staff and parents will need to wait outside in line before the doors open.
Q: What time do the doors open?
A: Doors open at 10:45am and all guests MUST have a ticket to enter. Gymnast must stay until the completion of the meet.
Q: Where do I pick up my child after the show?
A: Performers aged 4.5-7 will be picked up from Ninja Zone, while ages 8 & up will be released to walk to their parents.
Q: When is dress rehearsal?
A: There is no dress rehearsal for the Royal Invitational Meet.
Q: Can we still purchase Presale tickets?
A: Presale tickets are SOLD OUT. We will have limited tickets at the door for $10. Lost or stolen tickets are non-refundable. Ticket sales and seating is available on a first come first served basis.
Q: When is the last day to get a refund?
A: Saturday, August 9th will be the last day to get a refund.
Q: What do the performers wear during the show?

Q: Can I take pictures and videotape during the performance?
There will be NO flash photography during the show. Flash photos are potentially blinding to performers and distracting to audience members. Videos and photos are allowed, but please turn off the flash mode.
Professional Photos: We will be offering individual photos on Sunday, August 17th from 9:00am until 3:00pm. Tracy Portrait Studio will taking individual photos. This is a fantastic opportunity to capture memories of your performer in their best light. To book your photo time slot, please do one of the following:

Q: Does my Gymnast need to stay for the entire meet?
A: Yes. All gymnasts will participate in the awards ceremony
Q: Are we allowed to bring outside food or drinks?
A: No, outside food and drinks will not be allowed. Concessions during the meet will be available to purchase.
Q: Will there be handicap accessible seats?
A: Yes, we will have handicap accessible seats available. If you or your guests need assistance or accommodations prior to the show, please let the front desk know.
